Terra Allegra Imports LLC SHIPS ALL ITEMS BY DOUBLE BOXING TO VIRTUALLY ELIMINATE DAMAGES. WE USE MINIMALLY PROCESSED, EASILY RECYCLED 275LB TEST DOUBLE WALL & 200 LB TEST CARDBOARD BOXES. TERRA ALLEGRA IMPORTS CONTINUALLY WILL STRIVE TO FIND THE MOST COST EFFECTIVE METHODS OF EARTH FRIENDLY MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR CONSISTENT PROTECTION OF GOODS. Terra Allegra Imports will pack a labeled, 200 lb test box inside a 275lb test double wall outer box with honeycomb protective packing cardboard between all sides, top and bottom. WE WILL NOT USE “INSTAPACK, BUBBLEWRAP OR STYROFOAM” PACKING MATERIALS. IN KEEPING CONSISTENT WITH THE EARTH-SUSTAINABLE NATURE OF OUR FINE TERRACOTTA COOKWARE WE PROMISE TO AVOID ALL NON-RECYCLABLE MATERIALS WHENEVER POSSIBLE. info@terraallegraimports.com .

• Shipping policies:

Terra Allegra Imports LLC will ship orders via ups ground.

UPS CANNOT deliver packages to PO BOXES. Items can be sent via UPS anywhere in continental USA. terra Allegra Imports will pack a labeled inner box inside a 275lb test double wall outer box with honeycomb protective packing cardboard between all sides, top and bottom of the inner and outer boxes. we promise to ship orders within 2-3 business days from our facilities, in most cases we are averaging 1-2 business days. Shipping times via ups may vary depending on where you are located. If requested we can furnish you with the ups tracking number for you to check the progress of the package. If an item is out of stock temporarily, we will contact you via e-mail or phone with suggested options.

• Returns, damages and credits polices:

1. We at Terra Allegra Imports LLC are so sure you will be pleased with our authentic, artisan quality, non-toxic cookware that we will take back any item within 30 days of purchase and refund your payment in full within 30 days of receiving the undamaged returned item

IMPORTANT: Please retain the packing cartons and packaging materials for the 30 day period to use for return shipping to Terra Allegra Imports LLC.

To initiate a return simply e-mail info@terraallegraimports.com , briefly explain the reason for return and we will send you a return authorization number. Re-package the item (s) exactly as received to avoid damages and send via UPS ground at your cost to:

We will carefully inspect the item and issue a full credit for any unbroken item returned within 30 days of purchase.

4. In case of items received damaged

IMPORTANT: Please retain the packing cartons and packaging materials for the 30 day period to use for return shipping.

please e-mail info@terraallegraimports.com within 3 business days of receipt of damaged goods giving a brief description of damage incurred, example; hairline crack, shattered, broken lid, broken handle.

Please also provide a description of the packing cartons which may show damage such as; corners of outer box dented possibly resulting from dropped etc.

 please provide digital photos of damaged goods and cartons.

Re-package the item (s) exactly as received to avoid damages. Terra Allegra Imports LLC will issue a return autorization and mail you a prepaid ups label for you to send the damaged item back to:

Refund or Replacement Requests are processed upon our receipt of the merchandise, or upon our substantiation of a damage claim. We will not refund or replace if, upon inspection, items are found to have been misused.
UPS or other shipper retains the right to inspect and validate damage claims from their transporting the order in question...

Terra Allegra Imports LLC will ship a replacement item within 3-5 business days of receipt and inspection of damaged goods found to be corroborated.

Terra Allegra Imports LLC recserves the right to change policies.
